Programme
10:00 Doors open. Please register on arrival. Traders stalls will be open in David’s Hall and refreshments will be available.
10:50 Take your seats in the Large Hall
11.00 SEW Region AGM
12.30 Lunch Time Opportunity to buy raffle tickets, view the exhibitions and visit the traders. Tea, coffee and soft drinks will be available.
13.30 Celebrate the 70th Anniversary of Reading Branch with Birthday Cake.
13:50 Return to your seats in the Large Hall.
14.00 Speaker: Lindsay Taylor Lindsay is an elected member of the Society of Designer Craftsmen. She is a well established and highly respected designer-maker whose work is exhibited in prestigious galleries throughout the UK. She draws inspiration from the beautiful natural environment of the Isle of Wight where she lives and works and her work continues to evolve to encompass environmental themes. Raffle prizes will be announced and vote of thanks afterwards.
16.00 Please collect your raffle prizes. Refreshments will be available until 16:30.
Please bring a packed lunch.

Getting to the venue
Park United Reformed Church is in East Reading on the corner of Wokingham Road and Palmer Park Avenue, right next to Palmer Park.
Travelling by road: take A329(M) north from J10 of the M4. Turn left on to A4 towards Reading, then 1st left into St. Bartholomew Rd and left again into Wokingham Rd. As Palmer Park Ave is one way turn left after the park into Grange Av, left and left again to reach Palmer Park Ave. The church car park is at the end of the road on the right.
Alternative parking: At Palmer Park Stadium (turn right from Palmer Park Ave. And take 1st right into the park to the stadium). A pay car park is also situated on the other side of Wokingham Road.
Travelling by public transport: From Reading station take the south exit and board Purple no. 17 bus (runs every 7-8 mins) to Palmer Park Ave stop (travel time 15 mins.).
