Vera Bradshaw Day - Branch Project
The Vera Bradshaw day is a members' stitching day. This year we will be working towards items for the branch 70th Celebration in October.
Firstly, we will be making small embroidered humbug shapes to hang in a display on the day. These don't take long and it would be great to make 70 between us.
Requirements: - Small amounts of fabric (felt, even weave, patterned material etc)
Threads in sizes and colours of your choice.
Small amount of polyester stuffing (some will be available on the day).
Beads, optional
Sewing kit.
Some materials, threads and beads will be available on the sales table.
The day will also be an opportunity for members to continue with the embroidery of the floral squares.
